The National Producer Number (NPN) is your unique identifier assigned through the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's (NAIC's) licensing application process. The NPN is used to track individuals and business entities on a national basis. Connect4Agents will not make this information directly public, rather use it to identify your page in our database via a unique URL.

Before You Start!

  • Does your reference picture meet our requirements?

    Lighting

    – Use natural light or a well-lit indoor environment (face should be evenly lit from the front)
    –  No harsh shadows or flash directly on the face

    Background

     – Use a plain, uncluttered background, avoiding busy patterns and other people in the frame *This ensures AI can better isolate the subject

    Framing and Composition

    – Photo should be a head and shoulders shot
    – Head should be fully visible with some space above

    Photo Resolution and Format

     – No heavy filters, editing, or screenshots of other photos
    – Minimum 1 MB (megabyte) file size, ideally 2-5 MB or higher

    Facial Expression and Posture

    – Neutral or natural smile, with eyes open and looking directly at the camera
    – No sunglasses, hats, or anything obscuring the face

    Photo Likeness

    – Only submit photos of yourself, no group photos
    – No heavy makeup, costume, or accessories that significantly alter appearance

    Technical Restrictions

    – Do not submit screenshots, scanned photos, or photos taken of another screen
    – Do not submit photos with heavy filters applied
    – Avoid blurry or out of focus images
