Agent Information

The following is your information for Pinnacle to use, should we need to contact you. This will not be displayed on the website unless desired.
The National Producer Number (NPN) is your unique identifier assigned through the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's (NAIC's) licensing application process. The NPN is used to track individuals and business entities on a national basis.

Connect4Agents will not make this information directly public, rather use it to identify your page in our database via a unique URL.
Please be advised that you will be required to have your own domain name for the website. Ex. www.johnsmithinsurance.com. This will be used to redirect towards your custom Connect4Agent website.

We require an unused URL purchased from the webhost, GoDaddy.

For assistance, or if you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Rob Valincius at rvalincius@pfsinsurance.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Image Resolution? What is an image's PPI?

An image’s resolution is normally described in PPI (pixels per inch). Having a higher-resolution image means there are more pixels, therefore providing a higher-quality, crisp image.

It’s always better to have an image at the largest resolution/ quality. Image applications have an easier time removing unwanted information than generating new pixels.

What is the difference between PNG and JPEG? Does it matter which I submit?

JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) uses a lossy compression algorithm that discards some image information to reduce the size of the file.

PNG (Portable Network Graphics) uses a lossless algorithm that keeps all of the information while retaining a large file size and better quality.

While JPGs may take up less room, we recommend submitting PNG images for logos, as they’re typically transparent, and better for graphic quality.

What is Connect4Medicare? Why do I need a URL for it?

Connect4Medicare is an online quoting, comparison, and enrollment tool for your Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medicare clients.

The “Enrollment” section on your custom website will link to your custom C4M page, so you can see any submissions.

To receive access, please make sure you are contacted and certified for all of your Medicare carriers through Pinnacle Financial Services.

How long will it take to receive my personalized website?

Our design team works hard to provide you with the best quality possible. After submission, please allow us ample time to deliver the product.

Keep in mind, we are servicing a large audience of equally enthusiastic clients, and will do our best to keep you up-to-date with your personal design.

Typically, it will take anywhere between one to two weeks to build your website to suit your needs.

While you wait, make sure to keep an eye out for any messages you may receive from our team regarding your submission.

Why do I need a URL for my Connect4Agents website?

You should buy a customized domain URL in order for our team to effectively design and implement your customized website.

Once our team has received your unused domain, we redirect it to your personal C4A URL for your use. After which, you can freely use your branded website to market to clients.

For assistance, or to answer any questions about how to get a personal domain, please contact Rob Valincius at rvalincius@pfsinsurance.com or by calling 1 (800) 772-6881 x7701.
