About Us

Roxana Volk is a seasoned Medicare insurance agent with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate the often complex world of Medicare and insurance plans. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she serves as a trusted resource for the both the English and Spanish-speaking communities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

Roxana is known for her personalized approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique healthcare needs and guiding them toward the best plan options available. Her in-depth knowledge of Medicare policies and supplemental insurance options has earned her a reputation for reliability and professionalism.

In addition to her work as an insurance agent, Roxana is deeply involved in her local community.  She is an active board member of the Berks County Latino Chamber of Commerce, where she works to support Hispanic-owned businesses and promote economic development.   She has formed a nonprofit group of professionals called “Comprehensive Informational Group” (Grupo integral de Informacion) dedicated to providing needed information empowering the community through education, advocacy, and access to vital resources needed. 

Roxana is also a board member of the Albany Township Historical Society in her community and has volunteered at the Kempton Fire Company (fund raising events) for more than 20 years, as well as the Kempton Community center for many years.  Her leadership and commitment to community service reflect her passion for making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
